COVID-19 cases for Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County

EL DORADO COUNTY, Calif. - There have been 122 new cases of COVID-19 in El Dorado County since Friday.

Pollock Pines, Camino, Kyburz - 797 cases - +7 - The 14-day new case rate is 57 with 420 per 100,000 residents.
El Dorado Hills - 3176 cases - +30 - The 14-day new case rate is 150 with 353 per 100,000 residents.

Diamond Springs, El Dorado - 714 cases - +8 - The 14-day new case rate is 45 with 479 per 100,000 residents.
North County - 779 cases - +7 - The 14-day new case rate is 44 with 304 per 100,000 residents.
Greater Placerville - 2730 cases - +31 - The 14-day new case rate is 152 with 415 per 100,000 residents.
Cameron Park/Shingle Springs/Rescue - 2645 cases - +19 - The 14-day new case rate is 156 with 441 per 100,000 residents.
South County - 211 cases - +3 - The 14-day new case rate is 13 with 125 per 100,000 residents.
Lake Tahoe region - 3400 cases - +13 - The 14-day new case rate is 64 with 212 per 100,000 residents.

The active case count is 1,104 - (-20). 2,540 additional negative test results - 142 assumed recoveries (13,505).

To date, 130 El Dorado County residents have died from COVID-19. There were no new deaths today.

There are 19 (+2) hospitalized with 5 (-2) in the ICU. Of these patients, 13 are hospitalized at Marshall, 6 at Barton. Of the ICU patients, 1 is in Barton, 4 at Marshall in Placerville.

Currently the State's website says there are 4 available ICU beds in the county, 4 at Barton Health in South Lake Tahoe, 0 at Marshall. Barton has said there are plenty of beds available even if the state's website doesn't show it.
