EL DORADO COUNTY, Calif. - There have been 79 new cases of COVID-19 since Friday in El Dorado County.

Pollock Pines, Camino, Kyburz - 822 cases - +6 - The 14-day new case rate is 58 with 427 per 100,000 residents.
El Dorado Hills - 3212 cases - +17 - The 14-day new case rate is 107 with 252 per 100,000 residents.

Diamond Springs, El Dorado - 730 cases - +6 - The 14-day new case rate is 35 with 372 per 100,000 residents.
North County - 792 cases - +7 - The 14-day new case rate is 38 with 262 per 100,000 residents.
Greater Placerville - 2774 cases - +16 - The 14-day new case rate is 120 with 328 per 100,000 residents.
Cameron Park/Shingle Springs/Rescue - 2694 cases - +11 - The 14-day new case rate is 109 with 308 per 100,000 residents.
South County - 213 cases - +0 - The 14-day new case rate is 0 with 87 per 100,000 residents.
Lake Tahoe region - 3437 cases - +18 - The 14-day new case rate is 78 with 258 per 100,000 residents.

The active case count is 970 - (-63). 2,357 additional negative test results - 118 assumed recoveries (13,861).

To date, 135 El Dorado County residents have died from COVID-19. There were no new deaths due to COVID-19 recorded this weekend, five last week.

There are 8 (-7) hospitalized with 2 (-2) in the ICU. Of these patients, 6 are hospitalized at Marshall, 2 at Barton. Of the ICU patients, 1 is in Barton, 1 at Marshall in Placerville.

Currently the State's website says there are 2 available ICU beds in the county, 2 at Barton Health in South Lake Tahoe, 0 at Marshall. Barton has said there are plenty of beds available even if the state's website doesn't show it.
