EL DORADO COUNTY, Calif. - There have been 21 new cases of COVID-19 since Monday in El Dorado County.

Pollock Pines, Camino, Kyburz - 837 cases - +0 - The 14-day new case rate is 39 with 287 per 100,000 residents.
El Dorado Hills - 3244 cases - +4 - The 14-day new case rate is 71 with 167 per 100,000 residents.

Diamond Springs, El Dorado - 734 cases - +0 - The 14-day new case rate is 21 with 224 per 100,000 residents.
North County - 819 cases - +2 - The 14-day new case rate is 41 with 283 per 100,000 residents.
Greater Placerville - 2822 cases - (-1) - The 14-day new case rate is 91 with 248 per 100,000 residents.
Cameron Park/Shingle Springs/Rescue - 2730 cases - +4 - The 14-day new case rate is 75 with 212 per 100,000 residents.
South County - 218 cases - +0 - The 14-day new case rate is 8 with 77 per 100,000 residents.
Lake Tahoe region - 3514 cases - +4 - The 14-day new case rate is 104 with 344 per 100,000 residents.

To date, 141 El Dorado County residents have died from COVID-19. There were two new deaths reported today: A male, 65+, from Cameron Park, Shingle Springs, Rescue; and a male, 65+, from South County. Six out of the 139 confirmed COVID-19 deaths occurred in fully vaccinated individuals

There are 6 (-1) hospitalized with 2 (-4) in the ICU. Of these patients, 5 are hospitalized at Marshall, 1 at Barton. Of the ICU patients, 1 is at Barton, 1 at Marshall in Placerville.

Currently the State's website says there are 3 available ICU beds in the county, 3 at Barton Health in South Lake Tahoe, 0 at Marshall. Barton has said there are plenty of beds available even if the state's website doesn't show it.
