EL DORADO COUNTY, Calif. - The weekly roundup of COVID-19 cases and vaccinations in El Dorado, Douglas County and the Quad Counties, Placer County, and Washoe County.
EL DORADO COUNTY
There have been 64 new cases of COVID-19 since yesterday in El Dorado County.
Pollock Pines, Camino, Kyburz - 862 cases - +5 - The 14-day new case rate is 30 with 221 per 100,000 residents.
El Dorado Hills - 3301 cases - +9 - The 14-day new case rate is 61 with 144 per 100,000 residents.
Diamond Springs, El Dorado - 754 cases - +10 - The 14-day new case rate is 19 with 202 per 100,000 residents.
North County - 846 cases - +3 - The 14-day new case rate is 38 with 262 per 100,000 residents.
Greater Placerville - 2898 cases - +7 - The 14-day new case rate is 80 with 218 per 100,000 residents.
Cameron Park/Shingle Springs/Rescue - 2786 cases - +9 - The 14-day new case rate is 67 with 189 per 100,000 residents.
South County - 226 cases - +1 - The 14-day new case rate is 9 with 87 per 100,000 residents.
Lake Tahoe region - 3604 cases - +13 - The 14-day new case rate is 133 with 440 per 100,000 residents.

The active case count is 792 - (+25), 666 additional negative test results, 35 assumed recoveries (14,629).
To date, 149 El Dorado County residents have died from COVID-19. There were no new deaths reported today.
Six out of the 139 confirmed COVID-19 deaths occurred in fully vaccinated individuals (For the time being, this count will be updated approximately monthly, on the last Thursday of every month).
There are 11 (+1) hospitalized with 7 (+0) in the ICU. Of these patients, 6 are hospitalized at Marshall, 5 at Barton. Of the ICU patients, 4 are at Barton, 3 at Marshall in Placerville.
Currently the State's website says there is 1 available ICU beds in the county, 0 at Barton Health in South Lake Tahoe, 1 at Marshall. Barton has said there are plenty of beds available even if the state's website doesn't show it.
