POBOB Outlaw Motorcycle Gang member arrested in Douglas County

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Nev. - The Douglas County Sheriff's Office (DCSO) arrested a known motorcycle gang member on Friday, October 22, 2021.

Jay Prater, a Douglas County resident, was arrested on a federal indictment on charges of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance.

DCSO says Prater is a validated POBOB Outlaw Motorcycle Gang member and a Northern Rider Prison Gang member with a violent criminal history. He was arrested by the Regional Gang Unit, Douglas County Street Enforcement Team, Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, and US Marshalls Service task force.
