Input wanted as a collaboration of partners develops the Tahoe Regional Trails Plan

Event Date:
November 16, 2021 - 5:30pm

A coalition of Tahoe partners has formed a steering committee to begin developing a Tahoe Regional Trails Plan that will outline a connected and accessible trail network for the Tahoe Basin.

Join a webinar on November 16 at 5:30 p.m. to help shape the plan. Use this link to participate: https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_jFsECLhIQ4aIAuvxL8urdg

The plan will create a shared vision for a world-class trail network in Tahoe that spans land managed by numerous agencies and links Tahoe’s dirt trail and urban trail systems. The development of the Regional Trails Plan will be inclusive, collaborative, and transparent, and will rely heavily on public input and feedback from local agencies and organizations.

Participating in the webinar will be Tahoe Regional Planning Agency, US Forest Service Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit, Tahoe Area Mountain Biking Association, and Tahoe Rim Trail Association.

Public comments and questions will be available through the chat function during the webinar. For more information about the Tahoe Regional Trails Plan, visit the project website at tahoetrailsplan.org.
