Whittell High School invites community to girls and boys basketball tournament this week

ZEPHYR COVE, Nev. - The Whittell High School basketball team is excited to host a four-day tournament this week that includes teams from more than a dozen schools, including South Tahoe and Douglas High Schools. Coaches Kelly Wilson and Shaunna Ridge, along with the entire team, invite the community to come see the Warriors in action. Warrior game times are as follows:

Wednesday, 12/6, 4 p.m.: JV plays Douglas HS
Wednesday, 12/6, 7:45 pm.:. Varsity plays Owyhee

Thursday, 12/7, 4 p.m.: Varsity plays Sac Day

Friday, 12/8, 3:15 p.m.: Varsity plays Carlin

Saturday, 12/9, 5:45 p.m.: JV plays Yerington

The snack bar is stocked and the kids are ready to play. They hope to see the community in the stands!
