Power outage in the South Lake Tahoe/Meyers area

SATURDAY 10 PM UPDATE: A few more areas of South Lake Tahoe are added to the list of those without power. Some areas of Stateline, Al Tahoe. and Tahoe Sierra are also without electricity. 6577 Liberty Utilities customers are without power.
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - Heavy snow Saturday night is not only making driving a miserable experience through the Sierra, but it has also led to power outages for over 5,000 customers in the South Lake Tahoe and Meyers area.
Liberty Utilities said they have crews working to restore power and no official restoral time is available though the outage map estimates run from 10:13 p.m. to 11:25 p.m.
