On Friday, December 24 at 1:00 p.m., join them for an “Old Fashioned Christmas Celebration.” Listen to a reading of a collection of your favorite Holiday stories and lend your vocals to a singalong of popular Christmas Carols. The Celebration will be held at the Wylder Hope Valley General Store, located 300 yards east of Wylder Resort on Hwy 88. Due to possible adverse weather conditions, call 530 694-2203 a few hours before to confirm.
On Sunday, December 26 at 10:00 a.m., Wylder Resort Hope Valley continues its Eastern Sierra history series with a living history/Chautauqua-style presentation by local historian David Woodruff on the Sierra Nevada legend Snowshoe Thompson. The 50-minute program is free and open to the public. The history program will be held at the Wylder Hope Valley General Store, located 300 yards east of Wylder Resort on Hwy 88. Due to possible adverse weather conditions, call 530 694-2203 a few hours before to confirm.
Also on Sunday, December 26, at 12:00 p.m., kids can craft their own festive Christmas wreaths and tree ornaments and enjoy delightful holiday treats at Kids Crafting at Hope Valley. The Crafting event is free and open to the public and will be held at the Wylder Hope Valley General Store, located 300 yds. east of Wylder Resort Hope Valley on CA Hwy 88.
