SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - For 20 years, the women of the Soroptimist International of South Lake Tahoe club have held a holiday luncheon and auction as a way of not only celebrating the season but for raising money for their projects.

Last week, the SISLT club held the annual Holiday Auction & Luncheon and raised over $10,000 for projects, scholarships, and programs supporting women and children in the South Lake Tahoe community.

They also held an Ugly Sweater Contest, resulting in a roomful of fun and festive attire.

"This event has been making an impact, and we’re so grateful for everyone who joined in to lift up our community," said club President Deb Howard. "Here’s to another amazing year ahead!"
