South Lake Tahoe man writes new book that tops Amazon charts in multiple categories

Starr moved to South Lake Tahoe in 1994 with his wolves. He fell in love with wolves when he was four, and has been studying, advocating for, and working with wolves and wolfdogs for the last 39 years. Starr is a passionate advocate for wildlife and the environment. He is also a retired technology executive and a BEAR League board member. The Tahoe Wolf Center is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to wolf conservation and education.

Starr and his wife own the award-winning Thai restaurant Thai On Ski Run in South Lake Tahoe.
