August 18, 2018 (All day) Benko Gallery in South Lake Tahoe is hosting a Solo art exhibit featuring the collected works of Jennifer McEuen. The exhibit theme DEVOTION is expressed through McEuen’s paintings, which delve into expanded perceptions with a strong grounding in realism.

Shirley Hackett is a local Tahoe resident and emerging artist-photographer. Hackett's work in photography spans landscapes, animals, and thought provoking contemplation. With a natural and unpretentious eye focusing on the beauty of emotions that we experience from visual energy in our everyday lives, Shirley Hackett shows us that profound reflection often happens in moments too brief to measure.

Spring Art Exhibits at LTCC highlight talent of faculty, staff and students

The community is warmly invited to Lake Tahoe Community College on Thursday, April 14 to enjoy two new art exhibits celebrating the talents of LTCC’s faculty, staff, and students. Free artist receptions will be held simultaneously from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., offering a chance to meet the artists whose work will be on display and enjoy light refreshments.
