Free Student Sports Physicals

Tahoe Center for Orthopedics, Barton Health and Lake Tahoe Unified School District have joined together to offer FREE student sports physicals to South Tahoe and Whittell High School and Pop Warner athletes playing fall, winter and spring sports. The event will take place on Wednesday, June 6 from 4 to 6 p.m. at South Tahoe High School, 1735 Lake Tahoe Blvd. This one-time, annual-event is available on a walk-in basis. 'Stars of Tomorrow' Talent Competition Applications Due April 20

The 6th annual STARS of Tomorrow Talent Competition has been scheduled for Thursday, April 26, 2012 at the South Tahoe Middle School MPR. Applications are due April 20.
The competition is open to students currently enrolled in the 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grades in the South Tahoe area, both California and Nevada sides of the state line. This includes South Tahoe High, Whittell High and any student enrolled in a private high school program or an approved continuation or home-schooled program.

25th Annual Booster Club Golf Tournament

The 25th Annual Booster Club Golf Tournament / Edgewood Tahoe Community Days will be May 5-6. Sign-ups for the tournament have begun. This fun filled event includes your chance to win trophies, raffle prizes, a $100.00 closest –to –the-pin contest, and our Hole-in-One prize.
Entry fee still only $125.00 includes: 18 holes of golf, golf cart, and our famous lunch.
Each day is an individual tournament with a scramble format. Individuals, couples, and foursomes are welcome. Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 teams each day.
