SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The calendar may say January but its not too early to start planning for the 2020-21 school year if your kindergarten-age child would like to attend the Lake Tahoe Environmental Science Magnet School (LTESMS).
The school has started taking names for the Fall ‘20 “line-up” of kindergartners.
If you have a child that will be turning 5 on or before September 1st, 2020, please submit a “Kindergarten Enrollment Request Form” by Friday, March 27. If your child turns 5 after Sept 1st, you may enroll in the Transitional Kinder program at Tahoe Valley School. This program is not available at LTESMS.
The form is available on the school's website at http://ltesms.ltusd.org/ or stop by the LTESMS school office at 1095 East San Bernardino Avenue in Meyers.
For questions and to submit forms contact the principal's secretary Monique Truszewski at mtruszewski@ltusd.org.
