Mountain Resort Television reporter Austyn Harrington covers the history of the Plumas County Ski Club Longboard Race, which was held on Sunday. Longboard Races such as this event, date back into the mid 1800's, and the Lake Tahoe History Museum in South Lake Tahoe has a display of long skis and the history of Snowshoe Thompson (and a set of his skis too!).
