Further on Highway 50 near Kyburz, a man was hit by a Lexus as he ran across the road at 10:42 a.m. Sunday. His car was parked on the shoulder and he was crossing Highway 50 to get to it. As of 11:41 a.m., CHP was prepping the area for an air evacuation so expect delays as emergency vehicles leave the area. No other information is available at this time.
