Budget the focus of special South Tahoe Public Utility meeting

The public is invited to a budget meeting of the South Tahoe Public Utility District (STPUD) Board of Directors on Thursday, May 4 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the STPUD board room at 1275 Meadow Crest Drive in South Lake Tahoe.
The purpose of the meeting is to review the proposed 2017-18 budget and ten-year financial and capital improvement plan for the District.
While a quorum of the STPUD Board of Directors may be attending this meeting, there will be no action taking place on their behalf. The proposed budget will be voted on by the Board of Directors at a regular Board Meeting being held on May 18 at 2:00 p.m. in the District Board Room.
Public participation is encouraged for both meetings.
