Tahoe Art League holding studio tour over next two weekends

Visit 22 different locations during the 9th Annual Artist Studio Tour which is being held by the Tahoe Art League over two weekends, July 24-26 and July 31 - August 2 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

This is a great opportunity to meet artists from South Lake Tahoe and the surrounding communities, visit their studios and enjoy their art.

The self-guided art tour offers a unique glimpse into why the area is becoming more of an arts destination. These artists are diverse and work in many media including glass, photography, jewelry, painting, printmaking, ceramics, sculpture and drawing.

There will be the league's blue and white signs placed throughout the community, wherever a studio is opened. Every space will surprise you with something different.

The event is free and open to the public. Print the Art Tour map here, or pick one up at various locations throughout town including the Tahoe Art League office at 3062 Lake Tahoe Blvd in South Lake Tahoe. They are open Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
