Locals, visitors and members of Lake Tahoe South Shore Chamber of Commerce joined together this week to officially open Revive Coffee & Wine near the beach in South Lake Tahoe.
Owner Robin Bender and her staff treated the attendees to some of their popular good items, wine and coffee drinks while local musician TJ Carter played songs off her newly released CD for the crowd.
Credited for helping revitalize the block, Bender and Chris Brackett, who owns South Tahoe Stand Up Paddle next door, took the old Picchetti Winery location on Harrison Avenue and created the new coffee and wine bar, and new home for the SUP business.
"Thank you all for what you've done for us," Bender said as she cut the ribbon.
