The Douglas County Sheriff's Honor Guard Team was presented $500 and bags of candy for their upcoming Haunted House by Ben and Amber Larimer from CoComoe’s Q and Catering.
“This is the most caring community I have ever lived in, and I want to help the children have a great time,” said Ben.
Their Haunted House will be held at the Douglas County fairgrounds during the weekends of Oct 13-14, 20-21, and 27-28 at the DC Fairgrounds. Who will Frankenstein take to the DCSO Haunted House? His ghoul friend of course!
DCSO personnel are creating and building a Haunted House and it will be open starting at 3 pm until 6 pm for the younger children. 6 pm until 10 pm will be for those who like scary thrills. The cost is $5.00 for under the age of 18, $10.00 adults and $15.00 for an all-night pass. There are no costumes allowed in the DCSO Haunted House.
