The Alpine Watershed Group is hosting an educational rock talk by David Griffith and
Peggy Ristorcelli, "Alpine County, Where It Came From and How It Formed: A Short Geologic History of the Last 175 Million Years,” at their bim-onthly group meeting on November 13 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The public is invited to the talk which will take place at the Hung a Lel Ti Woodfords Indian Education Center located at 96 Washo Blvd # B in Markleeville, Calif.
