Julia Catherine Towle-Farrell ~ 5/15/56 - 11/14/20

It is with profound sadness, we announce the passing of our beautiful Mother. Julie passed away peacefully in her sleep, after a courageous battle with Pancreatic Cancer.

Julie was born in Stockton, Calif. before the family moved to Napa. Eventually she landed herself in South Lake Tahoe before finding her love in Georgia, with her fiancé Erick Leich and son Sean.

After the passing of her youngest son, Army Specialist Garrett Fant in 2011, Julie became an active member of the Gold Star community, and to so many played a pivotal roll of support and love with its many members.

Julie was an avid Denver Broncos Football fan, an excellent cook, and loved to dance.

Julie leaves behind her daughter Shanna Askins of Napa, and son James Keough (Tia) of Las Vegas; Siblings, Susan Van Meter (Dave) of South Lake Tahoe, Chipper Towle of South Lake Tahoe, and Bill Towle (Toni) of Citrus Heights; Grandchildren Brooklyn and Daniel, and Athena and Artemis. Also her soul sister Ginny Cody of Napa, and goddaughter Jennifer Vallerga of Cottonwood.

Julies beautiful smile will be missed so, now she is our biggest, brightest
star in the night sky. She was always loved and forever missed.
