South Tahoe High Homecoming Parade

More than 2 dozen decorated cars and trucks carrying South Tahoe High students lined Highway 50 on Saturday morning for the Annual South Tahoe High Homecoming Parade. The school's Pep Band, Lady Vikings, Football and Soccer teams, cheerleaders, Homecoming Prince and Princesses, alumni and classes as well as Pop Warner cheerleaders and players joined in the fun. Candy was tossed from passing cars and there were lots of cheering parents and residents along the parade route.

Spirit week will wrap up next weekend with the Homecoming football game between the South Tahoe Vikings and the traveling team from Dayton High School on Friday night which will be followed by the Homecoming Dance.
