3rd Annual TRYP Winter White Party to Benefit Boys & Girls Club

‘Tis the season to Empower Tahoe: the Tahoe Regional Young Professionals’ (www.tahoetryp.org) Annual Winter White FUNdraiser returns on Saturday, Nov. 23, from 6:30 - 10 p.m. at the Riva Grill in South Lake Tahoe. The themed holiday party supports TRYP’s professional development programs like workshops and scholarships, while also raising funds for the Boys & Girls Club of South Lake Tahoe. The theme is the color white so all attendees are encouraged to wear white!

Appetizers, festive drink specials including Riva Grill’s infamous Wet Woody, dancing, silent auction and raffle prizes plus a Winter White costume contest make the semi-formal event an evening not to be missed.

Advance tickets are $20 for TYRP members and $30 for non-members. Ticket prices will increase at the door. Cash, checks made out to TRYP and credit cards will be accepted. Winter White tickets make the perfect holiday gift for professionals of any age to enjoy an evening of entertainment, networking and empowering Tahoe. -Boys & Girls Club Lake Tahoe: located at 1100 Lyons Ave. South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150
-Tahoe Production House: located at 2291 Lake Tahoe Blvd., South Lake Tahoe, CA just off of Highway 50, near the Tahoe Keys Café. TPH is open between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., seven-days-a-week.
-Weidinger Public Relations: located at 225 Kingsbury Grade Suite C., Stateline, NV in the same center as Red Hut Café. WPR is open between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday – Friday.

The Boys & Girls Club of Lake Tahoe offers programs and services that promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence http://www.bgclt.org.The inaugural Winter White Party in 2011 raised $3,000 for Tahoe Youth & Family Services. Last year the group obtained more than $2,000 for SkiDUCK, a non-profit dedicated to enriching the lives of disabled and underprivileged children by sharing the joys of skiing and snowboarding

Winter White will be hosted by Dreu Murin and feature tunes from Lake Tahoe DJ Ryan Palmer and DividedLine Photography. Attendees are encouraged to dress to impress and wear “winter white” (not required) to help make the evening sparkle and complement the decorations provided by Thran’s Flowers.

Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort, walking distance from Riva Grill, is extending special rates for attendees that evening, Saturday, Nov. 23. Reserve under the group name ‘Tahoe Regional Meeting’ and the rates are as follows: studio $119; one bedroom $139 or a two bedroom for $209.

Annual TRYP memberships cost $40.
