Meyers Mountain Market is held every Wednesday at Tahoe Paradise Park from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. through September 11, 2024.

The primary goal of our market is to promote a sense of community and a healthy way of life for Meyers residents and South Lake Tahoe locals alike. Of course, Tahoe visitors are welcome to join in on the fun! We are dedicated to bringing farmers right to your table, so we stay open rain or shine. We encourage our market patrons to bike, walk, or caravan to keep that Tahoe air feeling fresh!

The event is being held at the Boys & Girls Club of Lake Tahoe, 1100 Lyons Ave., South Lake Tahoe.

TAHOE CITY, Calif. - The inaugural Tahoe Literary Festival is on Oct. 11 and 12 at venues in Tahoe City. Author and naturalist Obi Kaufmann is the keynote. Kaufmann will speak on Oct. 12 as part of the tour for his newest book, “The State of Fire, Why California Burns,” to be released in September.

Dancing With the Tahoe Stars announces 2024 lineup

LAKE TAHOE, Calif./Nev. - The lineup for Tahoe Arts Project's (TAP) 11th
annual Dancing with the Tahoe Stars has been revealed. During their Music on the Beach Thursday, all ten "seasoned dancers" along with their "Tahoe star" partners were announced. This year's theme is "Dancing Through the
Decades," where each couple will incorporate a specific decade into their performance, promising a night filled with nostalgic tunes and fantastic moves.

Dog Town Rescue Adoption Event!

Join Dog Town Rescue for our adoption event on Saturday, October 12th, at the Carson City PetCo on Topsy Lane.
We'll be there from 11:00 - 2:00 with some of our adoptable dogs, ready to meet new families.
Dog Town will have free goodie bags for the first ten visitors who come see us with their dogs. Check out our awesome raffle baskets, with doggie and human treats!
All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and available for a $200 donation.
