Amber Barnes is founder and CEO of StartHuman, a human performance company on a mission to re-humanize the workplace. Her passion for healthy workplace relationships and experiences was provoked by lived experiences in dysfunctional and toxic workplaces. StartHuman partners with individuals and organizations to help them ditch the drama, achieve new levels of engagement, and ultimately restore relationships between employees and employers.
