Free sports physicals for all student athletes in South Lake Tahoe

All sports athletes in the Tahoe area can receive a free pre-participation physical on Wednesday, May 25 in the South Tahoe High Blue Gym starting at 5:30 p.m.

Athletes need to show up at the following times:

5:30pm: South Tahoe High & Middle School athletes

The physical includes: vital signs, orthopedic evaluations, functional movement testing, and medical screenings. All students must wear appropriate gym attire and bring completed, signed history and parental consent forms, otherwise a parent or guardian must be present.

Forms may be picked up in the school front office or through the athletic coach.
