Gluten Free Baking, will be the topic of the Friends of the Library presentation by Kathe Hughes, of Celiac Sprue Association. She will: thoroughly inform about Celiac disease, provide helpful hints for Gluten-Free dining, and discuss various delicious ways to live healthy.
