Vagabond Inn Reno under new ownership

The Vagabond Inn located at 3131 S Virginia Street in Reno, NV has changed ownership after being purchased by Michael Bathla. Identifying the hotel and city of Reno as a prime investment opportunity, his first course of action for the property is to complete an array of interior and exterior property improvements in excess of $200,000 before the upcoming holiday season.

With a completely renovated swimming pool just finished, the next phase of improvements include upgrading the bedding, LCD TV’s and bathroom fixtures in every room. Work is also being done to the exterior of the building, lobby and business center to improve the entire guest experience when staying at the hotel.

“We are excited to see the finished product and optimistic about the growth potential for both the property and city of Reno,” said Michael Bathla. “Not everyone coming to Reno is looking for a hotel with a casino attached."

The Vagabond Inn is located near the Reno-Tahoe International Airport, Reno-Sparks Convention Center, Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, and other casino establishments.
