New technology has come to the City of South Lake Tahoe and residents with service requests, concerns and/or issues can now submit those online to expedite a solution to the situation.
The web-based VUEWorks Request Portal makes things convenient for users who want to contact the City's Engineering, Street Maintenance, and/or Facilities Department(s).
Once in the portal there are nine categories to select from, including the airport, street maintenance, campground and parks/grounds. After the category is selected, users choose from a list of 17 issues including turf, signs, special events and vandalism.
Photos can be uploaded as well.
Go online to http://hosting.vueworks.com/SouthLakeTahoePortal and submit your request.
