Victim identified in Douglas County airplane crash

The pilot found dead in the wreckage of the downed airplane found in the Pinenut Mountain Range in Douglas County Thursday has been positively identified as Keith Jorgenson, according to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.
Jorgenson, 46, was reported as the lone pilot of the plane when it left the Minden Airport on Wednesday evening.
The cause of the accident is unknown at this time; however it is currently being investigated by representatives of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).
