Event Date:
March 23, 2016 - 9:00am
The South Lake Tahoe Police Department will be giving Heavenly Village business owners training on a brand new parking garage system that will allow them to validate customer's parking as well as purchase parking passes from the ease of their computer.
Flow Thru Technologies, the creator of the ticketless system, will join SLTPD to train the business owners on how to use the online portal on March 23, 2016 at The Loft located at Heavenly Village. The new system eliminates the use of printed parking tickets. License plate recognition and the use of telephone numbers will now be used for payment at the parking garage. Business owners will now be able to utilize customer’s license plate numbers and/or phone numbers to issue validations.
The first training will be at 9:00 a.m., then followed at 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. The trainings will take about 30-45 minutes and will provide businesses a detailed look at how to log on to their own account and validate their customers.
This training period is a time for businesses to come and to learn the new system and is open to any business owner or manager and their employees to come and participate.
