SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - Starting on Monday, March 23, the Boys and Girls Club Lake Tahoe will be offering a FREE 'drive through HOT supper' from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. All children under the age of 18 (or 19 if still enrolled fulltime in school) are eligible.
The meals will be distributed to kids in cars from outside their Al Tahoe main clubhouse on Lyons Avenue in South Lake Tahoe. If there is no car, kids can walk in, then leave. The Club is trying to keep human contact to a minimum.
BGCLT is also working with the local casinos to take their perishables and offer a food bag distribution this Saturday, but more to be released on that soon.
