El Dorado County Sheriff's Office responds to calls throughout the county.
The following are calls that only pertain to the South Shore. There may be some missing calls due to sheriff's logs not being completed at press time and the story will be updated when provided.
3/22
2:28 p.m. - CHP Assist - Apache Avenue - EDSO DEPUTIES AND CHP OFFICERS RESPONDED TO A SINGLE VEHICLE ACCIDENT. DRIVER WAS SUBSEQUENTLY ARRESTED FOR DUI BY CHP AND BOOKED INTO THE COUNTY JAIL. DEPUTIES ASSISTED CHP WITH WITNESS STATEMENTS AND DOCUMENTED THE INCIDENT FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
9:14 p.m. - Search and Rescue - Emerald Bay Rd - SEARCH AND RESCUE CALL IN WHICH THREE PARTIES REQUIRED ASSISTANCE.

7:40 p.m. - Domestic Argument - Lone Indian Trail - DEPUTIES WERE DISPATCHED TO A VERBAL ARGUMENT. REPORT GENERATED FOR INFORMATION ONLY.

2:27 a.m. - DUI - High Meadows Trail - TRAFFIC STOP RESULTED IN THE DUI ARREST OF A 37-YEAR OLD FEMALE.
8:50 a.m. - First Degree Burglary - Seneca Drive - VICTIMS REPORTED A RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. THERE IS NO SUSPECT INFORMATION AT THIS TIME. THERE ARE NO INVESTIGATIVE LEADS AT THIS TIME.

8:05 a.m. - Spousal Battery - Mountain Meadow Trail - SUSPECT, A 38-YEAR OLD MAN, AND VICTIM, A 34-YEAR OLD WOMAN, ARE MARRIED AND WERE IN A VERBAL ARGUMENT. SUSPECT TOOK THE VICTIM'S CELL PHONE PREVENTING HER FROM CALLING 911. WHEN THE VICTIM WENT TO GRAB HER PHONE THE SUSPECT PUSHED HER CAUSING HER TO STEP BACK. THE VICTIM DID NOT WANT THE SUSPECT ARRESTED OR CHARGES FILED AGAINST HIM.

1:21 a.m. DUI - Al Tahoe Blvd - A 26-YEAR OLD MAN STOPPED FOR DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED.
2:15 p.m. - Lost Property - Highway 50 - VICTIM LEFT HIS FANNY PACK CONTAINING HIS WALLET AND I-PHONE ON A ROCK. WHEN HE RETURNED TO RECOVER HIS PROPERTY THE PACK WAS MISSING.

12:40 p.m. - Contempt of Court - Panorama Drive
2:30 p.m. - Informational Report on Vacation Rental - Chiapa Drive - DEPUTIES WERE CONTACTED REGARDING A NOISE COMPLAINANT. UPON ARRIVAL TO THE LOCATION, DEPUTIES DISCOVERED THE RESIDENCE WAS A VACATION RENTAL. DEPUTIES SPOKE WITH RESPONSIBLE. PEOPLE WERE TOLD TO LEAVE UNTIL MAXIMUM CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS WERE MET. A REPORT WAS TAKEN.
