Terry Probyn, mother of Jaycee Dugard tells of 18 'hellish years' to victims' rights audience

Terry Probyn, the mother of kidnap victim Jaycee Lee Dugard told a Sonoma County victims' rights audience Tuesday that she carries “overwhelming sadness and incredible anger” over “18 hellish years” of separation from her daughter.
The Santa Rosa Press Democrat reports how Probyn, 53, recounted her ordeal during the Sonoma County Crime Victim’s Rights Week event, telling of the separation from Dugard, who at age 11 was kidnapped by Phillip and Nancy Garrido from a South Lake Tahoe street on June 10, 1991.
