County VHR ad hoc committee meeting changes locations

The next meeting of the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors Vacation Home Rental (VHR) ad hoc committee has changed locations. Originally planned for Placerville, the meetig on June 11 will now be from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Lake Tahoe Science Magnet School.
Ad hoc committee members Supervisors Mike Ranalli and Sue Novasel will be joined by County staff at the meeting.
The emphasis of the discussion will be on possible policies limiting the allowed locations or number of Vacation Home Rentals to meet the objective of avoiding over-concentration of VHRs and commercialization of neighborhoods.
The public will be able to participate in the discussion.
