Green Thumbs Tuesdays are back

Beginning Tuesday, June 25, The UC Davis Lake Tahoe Environmental Research Center will kick off the Green Thumb Workshop Series with a talk about "Food Gardening 101" featuring Christy Daugherty, formerly from the U.S. Forest Service and now part of the Lake Tahoe Master Gardeners.
If you are interested in making your landscape a little more productive this is the talk for you. Learn how to start from seeds and end the season with a bushel of fresh fruits and veggies. Bring all your gardening questions and concerns, 5:30pm-6:30pm at the UC Tahoe City Field Station (2400 Lake Forest, just east of Tahoe City). Refreshments provided.
