Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf opens at historic Valhalla Boathouse Theatre

Event Date:
June 30, 2016 (All day)

From the depths of American drama comes an evening of fast-paced punches and wicked comedy. Come join George and Martha, and their guests, Nick and Honey, for an evening of "fun and games" as they embark on a biting battle of wits.

Edward Albee's Tony Award-winning tale of dangerous illusion and toxic truth centers on four unforgettable characters locked in a destructive battle called marriage. In the wee hours of the night, the liquor runs freely and dark secrets pour out.

All star regional cast, Ginger Nicolay-Davis as Martha, Mark Williams as George, Troy Mathews as Nick and Briana Biller as Honey. The play is directed by Rae Mathews.

Considered a masterpiece of American theatre, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? is sure to leave the audience breathless. Due to profanity and sexual innuendo, this play is recommended for mature audiences.

The play will run June 30-July 3, July 14-17, and July 28-30. Tickets are $20 for general admission, and $28 for preferred general admission (get in early). There are no reserved seats. For more info and to purchase tickets, visit this website.
