Join UCCE Master Gardeners of Lake Tahoe, Slow Food Lake Tahoe, and UC Davis TERC for their next virtual workshop on Tuesday, September 15 from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. In this next Grow Your Own/High Elevation Garden Workshop, participants will learn how to grow garlic.
Those participating will receive a garlic starter plant on September 19 between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. There is a suggested donation of $5-$10 for plants. There are pick up locations in South Lake Tahoe, Truckee and Tahoe City.
You must be registered for and attend the workshop (either participating live or by watching the recorded workshop prior to the starter plant pick up time) to be eligible for the free starter plants.
If you are unable to attend the live workshop, it will be recorded and shared to SlowFoodLakeTahoe.org for participants to watch at any time.
