South Lake Tahoe City Council candidate campaign finance reports

Form 470 - Candidates who do not raise or spend $2,000 or more (or anticipate raising or spending $2,000 or more) in 2020 and do not have an open committee
must file Form 470 on or before September 24, 2020. If, later during the calendar year, the candidate raises or spends $2,000 or more, a Form 470 Supplement
and a Form 410 must be filed.
Form 496 - For donations of $1,000 or more made by individuals or groups this form is due within 24 hours if made in the 90-day, 24-hour reporting period of the candidate’s or measure’s election.
Form 501 - All candidates must file Form 501 (Candidate Intention Statement) before soliciting/receiving contributions.
Form 700 - All candidates must file to report their financial interests in the city.
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The first set of campaign finance reports filed by South Lake Tahoe City Council candidates have been received by election officials and posted to the City's website.
Required forms:
Form 460 - Candidates who have raised/spent $2,000 or more file

The first deadline was July 31 for any funds raised and spent through June 30. The local candidates did not submit on this date.
The second deadline was September 24 for donations and expenses from July 1 - September 19. All candidates needed to file.
October 22 is the next deadline for funds raised and spent September 20-October 17 and the final date is after the election on February 1, 2021.
All of the following data will match what is on the City of South Lake Tahoe's website except for donations on the Form 496. That form is due within 24 hours and the Form 460s are from Sept. 19.
