Remember loved ones and Light Up a Life

The community is invited to gather and celebrate the memory of loved ones in the annual "Light Up a Life" ceremony hosted by Barton Health’s Hospice staff on Tuesday, December 6 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the North Room at Edgewood Tahoe.

This annual gathering honors those we have loved and lost ina nondenominational ceremony.

Barton Health’s Hospice staff will share readings and share readings and a remembrance message. Attendees will have the opportunity to reflect and acknowledge those who have passed. The event will culminate with the lighting of tree decorated with photo ornaments honoring individuals lost.

If you would like your loved one included, please provide Hospice staff a wallet-sized photo (the name of the person on the back). Photos should be mailed and dropped off at Barton Hospice, 2092 Lake Tahoe Blvd, Suite 500 in South Lake Tahoe no later than Monday, November 28. If you are unable to attend, but would like to share an honoree, Hospice staff will graciously read out loud any honorees’ names provided prior to the event.
