On the Rocks for Tahoe Regional Young Professionals March Mixer

The Tahoe Regional Young Professionals will host its March mixer at the new On the Rocks Bar & Grill, March 20 from 7 – 10 p.m. to network, volunteer opportunities and announce TRYP’s upcoming professional development and scholarship program for its members.

The post St. Patty’s Day themed mixer (i.e. wear green) at the recently opened On the Rocks Bar & Grill (located in Round Hill Shopping Center behind Anytime Fitness) will also include hearty appetizers and a free beverage. Admission is complimentary for TRYP members and $5 for non-members.

Annual TRYP memberships cost $40. Key benefits and resources include: professional development opportunities; networking/mingling with over 250 young professionals from across the region through Mixers and “FUN”draisers; leadership experience and opportunities to give back to an array of charities. On the Rocks Bar & Grill is locally owned and opened in December 2012. The restaurant features tapas, sandwiches, salads and favorite bar foods: wings, pizza, poppers and sliders and is located at 212 Elks Point Road Suite 330, Zephyr Cove, Nev.

Save the date for TRYP’s Spring Fling April mixer at the Ridge Tahoe Resorts, April 17 from 7 – 10 p.m. with appetizers and drink specials for members. TRYP will host an interactive “spring cleaning” professional development activity where a community leader will offer helpful tools and ideas on how to better organize your work contacts, the importance of organization in life and workplace, etc. More details to come. Evening will continue with mingling and networking.
