Get pampered at 6th annual Ladies Morning Out in South Lake Tahoe

Women of all ages can experience health and wellness activities that unite the body and mind at the sixth annual Ladies’ Morning Out on Saturday, April 29 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Lake Tahoe Community College.

“Ladies’ Morning Out is an opportunity for women to take time out for themselves,” says Natasha Schue, Barton’s Community Relations Coordinator. “The event celebrates health and wellness through fitness, pampering, and connecting with others.”

Attendees can start the morning with Wake Up Yoga from The Studio Lake Tahoe at 8:00 a.m. Other activities scheduled include a yoga session at 9:30 a.m. with Lake Tahoe Yoga and an interactive health presentation at 10:30 a.m. on “Being Yin: 9 Tips for a Balanced Life” from Melinda Choy, LAc, CEO of Elevate Wellness Center.

Brunch and booths start at 9:00 a.m. Women can browse booths, participate in hands-on activities, and experience pampering services.

The complimentary event takes place at Lake Tahoe Community College in the Commons Area. No reservation is required and all activities are free of charge. All attendees must be twelve years old or older to attend.
