In anticipation of the upcoming event, SnowGlobe is curating exclusive mixes and playlists from SnowGlobe ’15 artists as a SnowGlobe Mixtape Series. Available on SnowGlobe’s Soundcloud account, fans can check out the first three volumes from Big Wild, Gold Link and DJ Vanic now, with more to come. SnowGlobe has also launched its In Real Life (#IRL) Video Series in which SnowGlobe ’15 artists hangout with SnowGlobe HQ and discuss their life and inspirations. Episode one featuring Jai Wolf is available now via www.facebook.com/snowglobemusicfestival.

SnowGlobe is the largest outdoor NYE music festival in the nation. Hosted at Bijou Park on the Lake Tahoe Community College campus, SnowGlobe offers over 50 internationally renowned and emerging artists performing on three stages over three nights, plus dynamic fireworks displays, live “Big Air” snowboard and skiing demos in between Main Stage sets, 13,000 square feet of heated enclosed spaces to stay cozy, live art painting and more. With almost 9,000 acres of nearby skiing and snowboarding terrain and reduced-price Heavenly Mountain lift tickets available to SnowGlobe patrons, festival goers can hit the slopes by day and shows by night. In addition, with the festival grounds located just three miles from Stateline, NV, gamers can take advantage of the five 24-hour casinos that Tahoe has to offer. SnowGlobe’s 2015 late night after parties will be announced soon.

Grateful to call South Lake Tahoe home, in 2014, the festival donated $10,000 back into the community – via organizations such as Keep Tahoe Blue - dedicated to preserving the environmental balance, scenic beauty, and recreational opportunities of the Tahoe Basin, to the South Lake Tahoe Police Canine Association, and to Christmas Cheer, Inc. – offering family services to the local South Lake Tahoe community.

SnowGlobe is partnering with Hotels for Hope as its exclusive lodging reservation partner. Visit www.snowglobemusicfestival.com to choose from dozens of nearby lodging options hand-picked to fit a variety of needs and tastes. For every night a lodging accommodation is booked by SnowGlobe patrons, $2 will be donated to local not-for-profit Christmas Cheer, Inc. Hand-selected by SnowGlobe producers as the festivals official 2015 Hotels for Hope recipient, Christmas Cheer works year round to service food, clothing, shoes, toys and household items to Tahoe-area families and individuals in need.
