Dear Editor: I write to encourage my fellow Tahoe Township residents to be engaged and vote in all local elections in November. The contested races where one can have the greatest impact are those with the smallest number of eligible voters. One race I think is of particular importance is Justice of the Peace for Tahoe Township. I hope everyone will take the time to research the two candidates and vote for the one they feel is most qualified to complete the tasks at hand.
I will be casting my ballot to retain Judge Michael K. Johnson (no relation).

Rates in adults tend to be lower, at about 5 percent. Luckily, not every thought leads to suicidal actions, but that leaves the difficult question of when to be very worried versus just concerned.

When I sit on the front porch of my charming little A-frame, most of the people who wave at me are either visitors or bears. That’s why I’m a vocal proponent for Yes on Measure N; I am a local who wants vibrant neighborhoods and affordable housing.
