Sports Physicals for Student Athletes

All Tahoe high school, middle school, and Pop Warner athletes can participate in a free pre-participation physical. Pick up a medical form at the school’s front office, through the student’s Pop Warner football coach, or at Barton Urgent Care and Family Practice. A parent or guardian must be present. These summer sports physicals are provided by physicians and medical staff from Barton Urgent Care and Family Practice. Other makeup date will take place August 10 at the same time.
