Why I Farm Author to Speak at Library

October 22, 2013 - 6:00pm The South Lake Tahoe Friends of the Library and Lake Tahoe Master Gardeners partner up to present third-generation farmer Gary Romano, author of Why I Farm: Risking it All for Life on the Land, in a talk and book signing. Romano will speak from experience about today’s most vital issues: how to live with purpose and how to protect our food supply. He will also be taking questions about farming and gardening in the Sierra.
