Coldwell Banker Select Agent Earns CIPS designation

Charlyn Enstad of Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate, already a Previews Property International Specialist, now has more to celebrate in her already successful real estate career. She has earned the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, a course developed by the Global Business and Alliances of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and taught by Jeni Temen of Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate. Being dedicated to growing her business and committed to offering her clients the highest level of service, Charlyn attended this specialized training class over an extended period of time. The course provides agents with the skills and knowledge necessary to facilitate international real estate relationships and transactions. Several topics of the course include common preferences of foreign buyers in the U.S., how different global economies work, and implementing your international plan.
