Kudos: Bread & Broth thanks the Dauscher and Stillwell families

There is no greater gift than to help others especially during the holiday season.
Two local families made Bread & Broth’s holiday Monday Meals extra special thanks to their monetary donations, and more importantly, sharing their time to host and help at their Adopt A Day of Nourishment dinners.

Sharing the joy and spirit of the holiday season, the Dauscher Family hosted B&B’s Monday Meal on Christmas Eve, December 24th. Thank you to Andy and Ellen Dauscher and their sponsor crew team members Ali and Carleigh Dauscher and Bob and Roxanne Stern for bringing the spirit of Christmas and a hot nutritious meal to those in need.

“What a wonderful way to spend Christmas Eve,” shared Ellen. “We love the Bread & Broth program.”

Then helping to ‘ring in’ 2019 on New Year’s Eve on December 31, the Stillwell Family graciously sponsored B&B’s final meal of the year.

“Thank you for allowing us to be a part of the team to serve a delicious meal on New Year’s Eve,” commented Dr. Raymond Stillwell. “It was a pleasure meeting so many great people.”

Dr. Ray and Roberta Stillwell, and Eli and Millie Meng Behar worked along side the B&B volunteers dishing out smiles, well-wishes and a delicious Italian Chicken entrée along with a pasta alfredo side dish to the evening’s grateful guests.

Bread & Broth truly appreciates these two special families and their sponsor crew members who selflessly made the holiday meals special and made the dinner guests feel that there is someone who cares.
