SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The Lake Tahoe Unified School District (LTUSD) Board of Education will hold a Special Board Meeting on Friday, January 24 at 10:00 a.m.
The open session meeting is a workshop for the trustees and will be facilitated by Cummings & Associates (CAAC), the consulting firm they approved to conduct a holistic analysis of the district’s organizational health. The group is not charging for their services and were recommended by Leadership Associates, the executive search firm being used by LTUSD for their superintendent search.
The consulting firm offered to assist the district with its superintendent search process. In order to make the best decision, CAAC is doing a holistic analysis of the district's organizational health and assisting the trustees in developing the ability to collaboratively identify the right metrics, analyze information, and translate data into decisions that positively impact teaching and learning.
CAAC will assist the Board with an analysis of the district's current and future needs using an objective data-driven process, in order to successfully evaluate candidate qualifications.
This is part one of a two-part Board Workshop series.
The workshop is a public meeting and communications are accepted at the beginning.
The workshop is being held at the LTUSD board room, 1021 Al Tahoe Blvd., South Lake Tahoe.
